These are special plugin classes which are used from within
certain plugins.
Stemmer-
Do normalizations on chunks. Currently (0.6) we have
stemmers which normalize words of German and Englisch
language.
RegExpHandler- Handlers are Plugins for the
RegExpEvaluation.
They are very powerful, but come
from a very early state of Jacson, I'm not sure if they
cannot be replaced by less specialized (and only slightly
more inconvenient) classes.
